After receiving our letter of acceptance you will be requested to make the initial payment within two weeks. Please contact B.H.M.S. Lucerne or the B.H.M.S. admission office in your region to learn about the initial payment corresponding to your home country.
- Step Three: Enrollment Confirmation & Visa
A receipt & enrollment confirmation will be sent to you as soon as we have received the initial payment.
At this stage you will need to contact the Swiss Embassy in your hometown to book an appointment for a student visa interview through the B.H.M.S. admission office in your region or the authorized B.H.M.S. education counselor.
The balance of your school fee for the first year must be paid after B.H.M.S. has presented a proof of your visa confirmation but not later than 4 weeks prior to the term commencement date.
Upon receiving full payment, B.H.M.S. will issue a NOC (No Open Cost) letter and will send it directly to the Swiss Embassy in your hometown so you may receive your visa stamp. After that, you may book your flight ticket to Zurich airport, where we will be waiting to transfer you to your new residence in Lucerne.
