Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts

In this third and final year of our culinary programme, build upon your existing culinary skills and experience to perfect your practical, leadership, and business skills, and earn a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts.

Throughout this transformative year, you'll engage in the interdisciplinary management of food service operations, developing expertise in areas such as customer service, resource planning, and management.

Exploring new product development, molecular cuisine, and technology applications, you will expand your knowledge and skills in cutting-edge culinary practices. Moreover, kitchen labs will give you valuable experience in team management.

    BA Degree Culinary Arts

    The third and final year, leading to a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, builds on the students’ existing culinary competencies and experiences to deepen and hone practical, leadership and business skills. Highlights of this third year programme include inter-disciplinary management of food service operations, including customer service, resource planning and management. New product development, molecular cuisine, technology applications and managing teams in the kitchen labs provide additional capstone learning in a variety of skill areas before students’ progress to their final industry training and job placement.
